This policy explains what MomoVector (momovector.com) collects and what happens to it. The data controller is Painterner Limited, RM.1801 Easey Comm. Bldg., 253-261 Hennessy Road, Wan Chai, Hong Kong. Send privacy questions to support@momovector.com.
What we collect
Account. When you sign in with Google, we receive your email address, name, profile picture URL and Google account identifier. We never receive your Google password.
What you submit. Your text prompts, uploaded images, sketches and style-reference images. If you give a link to a reference image instead of uploading it, we store the link and pass it to the model provider; we do not keep a copy of that image.
What we generate. The intermediate images produced during a generation, and the final SVG file.
Purchases and credits. A Stripe customer identifier, the purchases you make, and a ledger of the credits you buy, spend and get back. We never see or store your card number; Stripe handles your payment details.
API keys. We store only a hash of each key, together with its name, a short prefix so you can recognise it, and when it was created, last used and revoked.
Technical. Our hosting provider processes IP addresses and request logs to deliver and protect the Service. We do not store IP addresses in our own database.
Cookies and local storage
We use only the cookies needed to sign you in: a session cookie, and a short-lived cookie that protects the Google sign-in step. Both are HttpOnly, Secure and SameSite=Lax, and we store only a hash of the session token. Your browser’s local storage keeps the ID of a generation in progress so that it can resume after a page refresh.
We do not use advertising or analytics cookies, and there are no third-party trackers on the site.
Where your content goes
To create a work, we send your prompt, uploaded image or sketch, and style references to AI models. This is how the Service works, and it cannot be switched off while you use it. Requests pass through a model gateway operated by our group, which forwards them to model hosting providers, currently Replicate and Modal. These providers run image-generation, image-editing, background-removal and vectorisation models, and each processes data under its own terms.
We do not use your content to train models, and we do not sell it.

We do not share your data with anyone else, except where the law requires it, or as part of a business transfer, in which case we will tell you first.
How long we keep it
- Your works: until you delete them. Deleting a work deletes its uploaded images, intermediate images and SVG file. A record of the generation is kept so that credit accounting stays auditable and failures can be investigated: its prompt, style, cost, status and time, and diagnostic records of the model requests with image data removed. Ask us if you want those records erased as well.
- Your account: until you ask us to delete it at
support@momovector.com. We carry out the request within 30 days. Copies held by our database provider’s point-in-time recovery expire within a further 30 days. - Purchase and credit records: seven years, as tax and accounting law requires. These are transaction records, not your works.
- Request logs at our hosting provider: a short period set by the provider.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, or ask us to correct it, delete it or restrict how we use it. You can also download your works from your history at any time without asking us.
Write to support@momovector.com. We respond within 30 days. You may also complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner for Personal Data in Hong Kong, or, if you are in the EEA or the UK, to your local supervisory authority.
Security
Connections use TLS. Uploaded images and generated files are stored privately and served only to your account. Session tokens and API keys are stored as hashes. Before a generated SVG is stored, it is cleaned of scripts, external references and embedded content.
No system is perfectly secure. If we discover a breach affecting your data, we will notify you and the relevant authorities as the law requires.
Children
The Service is not intended for anyone under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has given us data, write to support@momovector.com and we will delete it.
Changes
We will post any update here and change the date at the top. For material changes, we will give notice on the website or by email before they take effect.
